What is an Aging Doula?
An Aging Doula, or Care Consultant, provides non-medical, practical, and emotional support to individuals and families navigating the transitions of aging. My role is to be a knowledgeable guide and a compassionate companion, helping you and your loved ones proactively plan for the future and manage the challenges that can arise with age.
My purpose is to empower you to live with as much independence, joy, and dignity as possible by helping you create a supportive environment and a clear plan for the years ahead.
